Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
SystemHustle is a business development service for recruiting firms, operated by Leonid Shvorob from Bali, Indonesia (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have. Questions: [email protected].
1. Visitors to this website
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts on this website. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads.
2. People who contact us or book a call
If you book a call through Cal.com, email us, message us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we receive the details you provide: name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message. We use them only to respond, to prepare and run the call, and to provide services you ask for. Cal.com processes booking data under its own privacy policy.
3. Business outreach
We contact business people at companies that may need recruiting services, on our own behalf and on behalf of our clients, using business email addresses and professional profiles (for example LinkedIn). The data used is business information: name, job title, company, business email, and public signals about the company such as funding news or new offices. Our practices, including how to opt out, are described in our Anti-Spam Policy. If you want your data removed, reply to any message or write to [email protected] and we will add you to our suppression list and delete your data from our active systems.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data to respond to your requests and perform a contract with you, and for our legitimate interest in B2B business development, balanced against your rights. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it.
5. Who we share data with
Only with service providers that help us operate: email and calendar providers, our CRM and sending infrastructure, hosting (Cloudflare) and the booking tool (Cal.com). We do not sell personal data. Providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
6. How long we keep data
Contact and booking data is kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Suppression records (people who asked us not to contact them) are kept so that we do not contact them again.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, or to receive a copy. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
